Orthopedic Surgeon

Dr. Hamid Reza Aslani is an Orthopedic Surgeon with subspecialty training in shoulder and knee arthroscopy, with clinical experience since 1993 practicing orthopedics in Iran. He provides comprehensive, patient-centered orthopedic care with an evidence-based approach focused on accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment of shoulder and knee conditions.

He has extensive experience in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal and joint disorders, particularly of the shoulder and knee, including rotator cuff tears, shoulder instability, frozen shoulder, acromioclavicular joint pathology, proximal humerus fractures, osteoarthritis of the shoulder and knee, meniscal injuries, articular cartilage lesions, ligament injuries (such as ACL, PCL, MCL, and LCL tears), patellofemoral disorders, and other sports-related orthopedic conditions.

Dr. Aslani has completed fellowship training and advanced surgical training in arthroscopy of the shoulder and knee at medical centers in the United States, Switzerland, Germany, France, and Italy. He is familiar with modern arthroscopic techniques and surgical approaches for both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures of the shoulder and knee.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Aslani is involved in academic and professional activities related to orthopedic surgery, shoulder surgery, and knee surgery. He holds a position as a Professor of Orthopedic, Shoulder, and Knee Surgery at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and has participated in research and educational activities in the field of orthopedics.
